Hospice House
Designed to feel like a home away from home, Hospice House is Hospice of Laramie’s beautiful, state-of-the-art, six-bed facility, where our team provides inpatient hospice care. Here, comfort and care are seamlessly woven together for patients who require close monitoring and pain management, or whose caregivers need support.
Grief Support Groups
Accepting new members!
Good Grief Cafe: Mondays from 12 pm – 1 pm
A lunchtime meeting designed for those working to process their grief in a safe and supportive environment. Drop ins welcome or call us for more information 307-745-9254.
Survivors of Suicide – A support group for those in the community who have ties to individuals who have died by suicide. In order to ensure this group is properly supported; prior approval is required before attending. Please reach out to Dr. Lou Farley at 307-742-8948 to schedule a time to meet and get more information.
Prayer Meeting – Thursdays at 6:00pm
Come join a wonderful community of spiritual caregivers. We pray and meditate for the protection from suffering of our patients and their families. All denominations and no denominations welcome! Stop by or call for more information!
Spiritual Support
Hospice of Laramie offers compassionate spiritual support tailored to each individual’s beliefs and needs. Our spiritual director is available to provide comfort, guidance, and a listening ear for patients and families.
Our team can also connect patients with spiritual and religious leaders throughout the community, honoring the patient’s connections, wishes, and beliefs.

We are committed to supporting the whole family through professional social work services and community resources. Hospice of Laramie also participates in the We Honor Veterans program, offering meaningful recognition and care for those who served our nation.
